Global environmental history of WWI : Tait Keller visits Birmingham

Tait Keller of Rhodes College in Memphis, USA, joins us at the University of Birmingham today. Keller has published a history of German and Austrian mountaineers in the Alps and currently works on a global environmental history of the First World War. He will stay in Birmingham for a month, co-sponsored by the Birmingham Institute of Forest Research.

He will speak in the war studies seminar on 6 December (5.30pm, Strathcona Lecture Theatre 7) and at the energy roundtable on 8 December, and he will be happy to meet faculty members.
