In February 2011 Routledge published a major new work by the Law School’s Dr. Celine Tan.

Governance through Development: Poverty Reduction Strategies, International Law and the Disciplining of Third World States is a study of the Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper (PRSP) framework in the context of international law and global development.

Dr Celine Tan is a lecturer at Birmingham Law School. Her teaching includes International Human Rights and International Economic Law. Her research centres on exploring aspects of international economic regulation with a focus on international development financing law, policy and governance.
