The first edition of this leading text on the subject has been relied upon by courts in the UK and other major Commonwealth jurisdictions. This second edition takes into account a vast amount of material from the UK and other Commonwealth jurisdictions.
Professor Nelson Enonchong is the Barber Professor of Law at Birmingham Law School, University of Birmingham. He has also published other works in the field of contract and commercial law. He is on the editorial board of a number of journals and is a practising barrister and arbitrator.
