Dr Claire McIvor, a senior lecturer in Birmingham Law School, was a featured guest on Radio 4's "Unreliable Evidence" this month.

Dr McIvor was one of three guests who joined Clive Anderson to discuss the legal liability of organisations for crimes or other misbehaviours committed by people who work for them. During the show these leading experts in the field argued about the way the courts are currently applying the law of vicarious liability to hold employers to blame for the actions of their staff, even when there is no indication of any fault on their part.

The programme aired on Wednesday 12th December on Radio 4 and is available to listen to within the UK on the BBC Iplayer.
