On 2 October, Ian Forrester QC, Judge at the General Court of the European Union, delivered the 2018 Institute of European Law Annual Lecture. His lecture, entitled ‘Will there be life after Brexit? European Law in the UK after March 2019’.
The lecture outlined the ramifications and challenges that Brexit will pose for UK law and highlighted the continuing impact that EU law may still have on the UK legal system.
