On 26 and 27 September, 2019, Dr Luca Rubini spoke in Belgrade at the First Regional Conference “State Aid and Western Balkans’ Economies”.
The two-day conference was organised by the project Support to Commission for State Aid Control, implemented in the Republic of Serbia and financed from the European Union and by the Serbian Commission for State Aid Control. Dr Rubini’s audience was constitute of government representatives of six Western Balkan countries (Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo). He focused on the challenges posed by the systems of state aid control included in Stabilization and Accession Agreements and fiscal measures and State aid.
