Birmingham Law School is proud to announce the recipients of this year’s Benussi Law Bursary.
The Benussi Law Bursary was set up in 2005 when Diane Benussi established an endowment at the University to help students who would benefit from financial support during their time at Birmingham Law School. Since then, the Benussi Law Bursary has supported many students to achieve their ambitions within the School.
Diane Benussi is a member of the Birmingham Law School Alumni Network, founding Benussi and Co in 1993 and her firm was recognised by the Legal 500 as being one of the top tier family law firms in Birmingham.
This year the Benussi Law Bursary has been awarded to three of our exceptional new students at Birmingham Law School who have come through our Pathways to Birmingham route. The recipients for the award will be Dalvinder Mann (City of Wolverhampton College), Kiran Ali (St Alban's Academy) and Samreen Chowdhury (Cadbury Sixth Form College). They will each receive an award of £1,500 each year of their studies.
