The Department of Modern Languages organised a 'Carols and Popular Songs' evening, to round off the semester in multi-lingual, festive style.
Songs were sung in French, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese and English. There was musical accompaniment from undergraduate and postgraduate students on the keyboard, violin, clarinet, trombone, ukulele and bell.
