Undergraduate study

  • All Undergraduate students in the school are taught in tutor groups of around 6 and meet weekly with that tutor for the first two years.
  • The school offers a variety of undergraduate degree courses. We provide a first rate education to all of our students throughout their studies at Birmingham.
  • The undergraduate courses involve a range of learning environments developing many skills to prepare students for future employment or further study.
  • The Mathematics Learning Resource Centre provides an excellent environment for undergraduates to work independently, in groups, or with help from postgraduate students.

Postgraduate study

  • We offer a variety of research and taught postgraduate degree courses
  • Postgraduate research is supported by one-to-one supervision by leading experts. Students are provided with personal office space and a computer for their individual use.
