Last week, United Nations Messenger for Peace, Malala Yousafzai, visited the University of Birmingham to enlist the help of female physicists from around the globe to spread her message of ‘education for all’.
As a passionate advocate for education, Malala spoke about her work to ensure girls and young women in both developed and developing countries are able to access education.

Malala was speaking at the International Conference on Women in Physics, which was hosted by the University on behalf of the Institute of Physics (IOP) and the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP).
