Lots of children can be quite fussy about what they eat. In the forthcoming Horizon programme 'The Truth About Taste', Jackie Blissett will be discussing some of the reasons why children like some foods and dislike others, how this changes as they move from infancy to adulthood, and some of the psychological processes involved in our development of food likes and dislikes.
