Researcher interviewed for BBC radio programme
Jackie Blissett was recently interviewed as part of a BBC World Service radio programme about fussy eating in children.
‘Picky Eaters’, produced by ‘The Food Chain’ series, looked at reasons why children dislike particular foods, whether they have different palates and whether they should have more influence over what they eat. Jackie was interviewed by Manuela Saragosa about children’s eating behaviour generally, and more specifically about evolutionary reasons why children become picky eaters, and the best approaches for parents to take.
