The 28th January 2020 saw the introduction of two new Supervisor workshops within the Centre for Applied Psychology.
The morning session focussed on supporting supervisors who use Behavioural approaches in helping trainees to develop working skills in this model whilst on placement. The afternoon session had a similar aim although we looked at Systemic approaches.
Both sessions were well received, with comments that the sessions were very informative, very helpful and that the discussions offered ‘plenty of useful handouts’ to take back to work.
We look forward to future developments and we are excited by suggestions regarding how to take this forward: so watch this space.
