The University of Birmingham and the English Institute of Sport  are looking to offer three chartered physiotherapists an exciting opportunity.

English Institute of Sport

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated physiotherapists, striving for clinical excellence who are interested in moving into sport, to undertake a full-time MSc combined with one day a week placement with a world class sports science and medicine team.

The MSc in Manipulative Physiotherapy focused to sport and leading to membership of the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP) will commence in September 2016. Completion will take 13-15 months, being dependent on the successful candidates’ commitments. The English Institute of Sport will provide a £2000 contribution towards the course fees.

British Gymnastics (BG): It is anticipated that two successful candidates would be placed alongside the British Gymnastics Sports Science and Medicine Team normally based at Lilleshall National Sports Centre, however the EIS may require you to travel to other sites.

Paralympic Sport: It is anticipated that one successful candidate would be placed alongside English Institute of Sport Physiotherapists across several Paralympic sports.
