External Works

Balfour Beatty, our appointed contractor, is currently carrying out façade improvement works on the end elevations facing the road of Chamberlain Blocks A, B, and C.

They are utilising platform lifts to access windows and surrounds on the upper floors of the kitchen areas only - there will be no platform lifts outside bedroom windows. The works are scheduled to be completed by mid-March 2026. The working hours are 0900-1700, Monday to Friday.

These works are a key part of our ongoing commitment to providing high quality accommodation. Further updates will be shared here as the works progress.
