Bangladesh Postgraduate Chancellor's Scholarship

£10,000 scholarships for select international students studying a Postgraduate Taught Masters with us in September 2025.

  • £10,000 to kick-start your studies

    In 2025, as we continue our commitment to supporting academic excellence, the University of Birmingham is proud to award four prestigious scholarships of £10,000 for select Bangladesh students applying for entry to a postgraduate taught programme in September 2025.

    These are joint awards with our local representatives who will be invited to send nominations of the students to the university based on their academic scores.

    They will be awarded to the highest performing students applying for entry to a postgraduate taught Master's programme, recognising their exception achievements and potential.

  • How do I apply?

    The scholarship is open for a limited period and early programme application is recommended to ensure eligibility for consideration and to maximise the chances of success.

    To apply for the scholarship students will need to have accepted an offer from Birmingham, and have selected Birmingham as their firm choice. They must also be registered with, and have their postgraduate taught study application attached to, one of our local representatives.

    The deadline for applying is 30 June 2025. Decisions will be announced in July/ early August and the scholarships will be awarded upon the students’ enrolment in September 2025.
