What did you study at the University of Birmingham?
I studied in the College of Social Sciences and my modules were: Small business and entrepreneurship, PR, Event and Festival management . At my home institution, I was studying Communication Arts.
How was your semester experience at the University of Birmingham?
At my home university, I had a lot of work to do on many subtle points that were graded. However, at University of Birmingham, we had less work to do, but each contributed higher points. Also, as an international student it may get hard to manage your time to get both quality of work and study, don’t hesitate to seek various help available at the University.
I would say my time at UoB was full of "Precious, Home-like, Happy!"
Any advice to students considering a global opportunity at UoB?
Don’t hesitate. I would say that just get the most of it; whatever you want to do just do it. You have the maximum level of freedom and your gonna grow a lot. Please travel a lot too! Make new friends and try to explore new things. I had a good time there and have no regrets.
