The Allen Murray Centenary Scholarship is open to second-year UG students in the science schools who have a household income of £42,875 or below. Selection is based on academic merit. Successful candidates will continue to receive this scholarship in subsequent years of study, provided academic progression is maintained at a 2:1 standard.

Awards will be suspended for any year in industry and will resume once the student returns to campus.

Who can apply?

Open to full-time undergraduate students who have entered their second year of study in the Schools of Biosciences, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics and Astronomy. Applicants must also have a household income below £42,875 as verified by your regional Student Loans agency.

Eligibility Critera

This scholarship is only open to students who are eligible to pay home fees.
