As part of my English Literature degree, I took Professional Skills module. It enabled me to take part in a placement with West Midlands Trains, which introduced me to the rail industry and helped me realise my potential within it. It inspired me to apply (and secure a place) for the rotational graduate scheme with West Midlands Trains, which I will be starting the September after I graduate.
Outside of my degree, I work part-time for the Guild of Students, hold the position of Vice President for the University of Birmingham Marketing Society, go to the Sport and Fitness gym and enjoy going for drinks in town with my friends!
