Why did you originally apply to do MSci Physics at Birmingham?
I could tell the campus was a friendly and welcoming place to be just from the Open Day. The University also has a top Physics department which feels supportive and inclusive. The area has lots to offer as well, with supermarkets, shops and pubs within a 20 minute walk. The city centre is less than ten minutes away on the train, with an on-campus station!
What do you think are the best points of your course?
The course is really well organised with all lecture recordings, notes and problems easily accessible on a site called Canvas. The lecturers are enthusiastic, friendly and easily contactable if you have any questions. They also organise extra computing and maths sessions if you need any extra support.
