Why did you originally apply to do your chosen course at Birmingham?

I was mainly drawn to Birmingham for its strong academic reputation, industry links, and the balance it offers between theoretical knowledge and practical application.

What’s the best thing about studying at Birmingham?

The supportive learning environment and diverse student community make it an excellent place to study, also a strong career support services and extracurricular opportunities that enhance the overall experience.

What’s the highlight of your time at the University?

Our coursework being related to the real world.

What advice would you give to students thinking about studying on the course?

Stay organised, engage actively in your studies, and take advantage of all the opportunities available both academic and extracurricular. Building connections early can also be very beneficial. 

Is there anything extra students thinking about studying on the course should know?

Be prepared to manage your time effectively and work independently. The course is rewarding, but it requires commitment.
