Why did you originally apply to do MSci Physics and Astrophysics at Birmingham?
The chance to participate in world leading research was really exciting to me, and the large range of modules as well as the course flexibility, was a huge selling point too. However what sealed the deal for me was the friendliness and homey feel I found on the Offer Holder Day I attended. All the staff and students showcased their enthusiasm and excitement in the department, which I really appreciated and ended up winning me over!
What do you think are the best points of MSci Physics and Astrophysics?
The involvement you get to have in research projects and how these can contribute to actual world leading research. Also, the amount of different laboratory projects that are available to do throughout all the years of the course.
