Tell us about your career so far
I have over five years of experience as a Project and Product Manager, delivering end-to-end digital and software projects across transportation and mobility solutions. I have led cross-functional teams, managed high-value projects exceeding $1M, and worked with global stakeholders to deliver solutions on time and within scope. My expertise includes agile delivery, stakeholder management, process optimisation, and data-driven decision-making. I was recognised as Employee of the Year (2024–25) for consistently delivering high-impact outcomes and driving operational efficiency improvements.
Why did you choose to study an MBA at the University of Birmingham?
I chose the University of Birmingham for its triple-crown accredited Birmingham Business School, strong focus on responsible leadership, and practical, career-oriented MBA curriculum. The programme’s emphasis on strategy, innovation, and digital transformation closely aligns with my background in project and product management. Birmingham’s strong industry links, diverse international cohort, and excellent employability support were key deciding factors. Studying in a globally connected UK city provides the ideal environment to gain international exposure and develop leadership capabilities relevant to European and global markets.
What are your career aspirations after completing the MBA?
In the short term, I aim to transition into a strategic project or product management role within a technology-driven organisation, applying my technical and leadership experience at a global scale. Post-MBA, my goal is to work in the UK or Europe to gain international exposure in innovation, digital transformation, or product strategy. In the long term, I aspire to lead large-scale transformation initiatives and progress into senior leadership roles that drive business growth, customer-centric innovation, and sustainable impact across markets.
