I have experience across project delivery, HR and finance management, and enterprise digital transformation. I have been involved in major bids, qualification applications, and the delivery of complex projects. I have contributed to improving internal management systems, optimizing processes, and supporting organizational growth through operational and digital initiatives.

Why did you choose to study an MBA at the University of Birmingham?

I decided to pursue an MBA at the University of Birmingham because its practical, applied curriculum and focus on digital transformation align well with my experience in project delivery, internal management, and enterprise digital initiatives. The programme’s international learning environment will help me strengthen my strategic thinking and broaden my perspective for more integrated management responsibilities.

What are your career aspirations after completing the MBA?

Building on my current management responsibilities, my aim is to further develop my strategic and managerial skills to better support my organization’s digital and international development. In the short term, I hope to strengthen my understanding of digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and global management practices. Over time, I would like to contribute to improving operational efficiency, aligning management systems with international standards, and supporting broader global engagement.
