I worked on technology migrations, operational improvement projects, and performance management, applying structured problem solving and data-driven analysis. I collaborated closely with stakeholders to diagnose issues, design practical solutions, and improve efficiency, resilience, and governance. In addition, I led and mentored teams, strengthened service frameworks, and contributed to delivering measurable improvements in service quality and client outcomes.

Why did you choose to study an MBA at the University of Birmingham?

In the short term, I aim to join a top-tier consulting firm, contributing to high-impact projects across strategy, operations, and transformation. Over the long term, I seek to develop into a trusted advisor to senior leadership, helping organisations navigate complexity, drive sustainable growth, and make sound, data-driven strategic decisions across global markets.
