Tell us about your career so far
I have over five years of experience in the IT industry, working primarily as a ServiceNow professional. My work has focused on IT service management, and client delivery. I have led and co-led teams, managed client stakeholders, and supported end-to-end project implementations, including successful go-lives. I have worked closely with cross-functional teams to solve issues, meet deadlines, and improve system efficiency. My experience has helped me develop strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills in fast-paced project environments.
Why did you choose to study an MBA at the University of Birmingham?
I selected the University of Birmingham as it is a Russell Group university known for strong academic quality and industry links. The Birmingham Business School MBA attracted me with its practical learning approach, especially opportunities like the Deloitte Consultancy Challenge, which offers real consulting exposure and hands-on problem solving. These experiences align well with my goal of developing strong leadership and consulting skills. The diverse MBA cohort and Birmingham’s strong business ecosystem further made it the right choice for my MBA.
What are your career aspirations after completing the MBA?
I aim to move into consulting or technology leadership roles where I can apply my experience in ServiceNow and IT operations alongside the business skills gained through my MBA. In the long run, I would also like to venture into entrepreneurship.
