At Delta Electronics, I managed a 120-member workforce, implemented automation and achieved a 65% increase in productivity in 1 year while reducing defects and downtime. Awarded for best production engineer role, in 2025 progressed into an Engineering Consultant role, delivering lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and digital solutions that improved production efficiency. Strong expertise in automation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Birmingham, I focus on leadership, strategy and marketing. Passionate about consulting and business transformation, I enjoy solving complex problems by applying data-driven insights.
Why did you choose to study an MBA at the University of Birmingham?
I choose to pursue an MBA to enhance my expertise in strategy, leadership, and consulting. driving me towards business transformation. I chose University of Birmingham because of its MBA program combines innovation, business transformation and hands-on consulting, which align directly with my experience as an engineering consultant and my goal to become a consultant. I am particularly excited about working on live projects such as the Deloitte Consultancy Challenge and developing purposeful leadership skills so I can work on complex case studies that deliver both operational excellence and positive impact.
What are your career aspirations after completing the MBA?
After completing my MBA, In the short term, I aim to broaden my knowledge beyond manufacturing by strengthening my expertise in strategy and organisational change through the MBA. I want to build a cross-functional understanding of how organisations create value across industries. In the long term, I aspire to become a management and strategy consultant specialising in business transformation, partnering with clients to redesign operating models, lead complex change programmes.
