Alongside professional responsibilities, voluntary work as a web developer with the United Nations supported initiatives aligned with SDG 1 (No Poverty). Earlier leadership experience includes founding ALT-V Technologies and holding roles with IIT Madras, IIT Bombay, IIT Tirupati, and the IEEE.
Why did you choose to study an MBA at the University of Birmingham?
The MBA at University of Birmingham develops strategic judgement and responsible leadership for complex, global contexts. As a Russell Group institution with triple crown accreditation, Birmingham Business School combines academic rigour with applied learning delivered by strong faculty. The flexibility to tailor the programme through focused modules, year-long initiatives such as Purposeful Leadership, and the Global Immersion enables a targeted MBA aligned with consulting and project leadership goals rather than a generalist pathway. Flagship initiatives such as the Deloitte Consultancy Challenge provide direct exposure to real consulting problems.
What are your career aspirations after completing the MBA?
Following the MBA, the objective is to build a career in management consulting or project leadership roles within the UK market, supporting organisations in delivering digital transformation and large-scale change initiatives, particularly within the telecom and digital sectors. Experience across NGO engagements in India and South Africa has shaped a strong perspective on responsible business and social impact. In the long term, the aspiration is to progress into senior leadership or partner-level roles within a consulting firm, leading programmes that align business performance with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on responsible technology adoption, ESG integration, and sustainable value creation across UK and European markets.
