My experience has strengthened my cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to manage priorities effectively in fast-paced environments.
Why did you choose to study an MBA at the University of Birmingham?
I chose the University of Birmingham for its strong global reputation, triple-accredited Birmingham Business School, and emphasis on responsible leadership. The MBA’s focus on strategy, leadership development, and experiential learning aligns well with my career goals in HR leadership and management consulting. I was particularly attracted to the programme’s practical approach, diverse cohort, and strong industry engagement, which provide opportunities to learn from real-world business challenges. The University’s global alumni network and commitment to employability further reinforced my decision.
What are your career aspirations after completing the MBA?
After completing this course, I aspire to build an impactful career in HR leadership and management consulting. I am keen to work with organizations on complex strategic challenges involving workforce design, organizational effectiveness, and change management. Through consulting, I aim to support leadership teams in translating strategy into execution by aligning people, processes, and performance.
