Tell us about your career so far
I am a banking professional with over ten years of experience in financing SME projects and trade finance. Throughout my career, I have advanced from a junior specialist in investment projects financing of SMEs to Head of that division, and was subsequently promoted to Head of Trade Finance. In these roles, I have led complex trade finance operations and successfully launched new financial products for the banking sector, including reverse factoring, which have proven successful. These experiences have equipped me with strong practical skills in managing high-value transactions, structuring cross-border finance solutions, and building productive relationships with global financial institutions.
Why did you choose to study an MBA at the University of Birmingham?
I believe that progressing to the next level of leadership requires not only exposure to advanced global practices, but also the development of strategic and leadership capabilities. What are your career aspirations after completing the MBA?
My career aspiration after graduation is to play a leading role in the transformation of my country’s banking sector, particularly in the areas of international trade finance and sustainable financing. I plan to apply the strategic, operational, and innovation frameworks gained from the MBA programme to develop more integrated and globally competitive financial services aligned with international best practices. In addition, I plan to strengthen my involvement in mentoring, with the MBA providing a stronger foundation and global perspective, enabling me to contribute more effectively and at a broader level.
