How do we boost employability skills that students don’t always have the opportunity to develop or work upon during their studies at UoB?
‘Sprint Forward’ was a pilot project designed to provide students from Arts and Law and other disciplines across campus with opportunities to engage with and solve real-world industry challenges. The project introduced a ‘design sprint’ in June 2019 – a cross-disciplinary approach to solving such challenges, to provide a range of experiences, skills development and networking opportunities for students that would eventually become an enrichment week option for the New Academic Teaching Year (NATY).
