Nick is a graduate of the University of Birmingham and was Chair of Deloitte UK from 2015 to 2021, having previously served on the leadership team of Deloitte’s consulting business and the firm’s executive. Prior to joining Deloitte in 2002, Nick was the Managing Partner of Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and was on the Management Executive of Andersen in the UK & Europe. He was the business Chair of the Professional & Business Services Council, which worked with the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy to drive the UK’s growth agenda from 2016-2021.
Nick has been Chair of the Trustees of the Royal National Children’s SpringBoard Foundation (RNCSF) since June 2022 . He is also a member of the Board of Macmillan Cancer Support, a Trustee of Teach First, chairing their Business Leaders’ Advisory Council, and a Non Executive Advisory Board member of Spencer Stuart and Dentons LLP. He is on the Board of Intellisense.io and an investor and advisor to other tech and services start ups.
He is married with four children (one of whom also graduated from the University of Birmingham).
