By confirming an event booking at Cuore you agree to the following terms and conditions.
By confirming an event booking at Cuore you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. The minimum number of guests for an event booking is 30. The venue has a maximum capacity of 68.
2. The cost of our buffet-style service is £32.50 (includes VAT)
3. The minimum order value is £40 for an organised booking
4. For buffet-style services organisers can select:
- Two pizza options
- One pasta
- Two sides
- One salad
- One dessert
5. Drinks are not included in the buffet. Order one of our drinks packages in advance or guests can order individual drinks on the day via bar.
6. How to book
- Email cuore@contacts.bham.ac.uk 15 working days before your event, providing dates, times, number of guests, requested packages
- Internal University of Birmingham staff should include their three-part budget code. We will initiate a voucher request to cover the agreed cost, which will serve as a booking confirmation
- External customers can pay by card on the day or request an invoice via fbandrsupport@contact.bham.ac.uk
- A £10 per head booking deposit will be taken at the time of booking and this will be deducted from the final bill
7. If any product is unavailable for your event, Cuore will contact the booker and suggest substitutions as soon as possible.
8. By proceeding with an event, customers acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions. Cuore reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with changes becoming effective immediately upon posting.
Although we have excellent food hygiene standards and keep food containing allergens away from non-allergenic food, our kitchens are not a completely allergen-free environment.
