Professor Chris Oliver, Dr Jo Moss, Professor Ian Apperly and Dr Joe McCleery have been awarded £200,000 by the Leverhulme Trust to carry out a three year project which will evaluate social-cognition and its relation to social functioning in three genetic syndromes; Cornelia de Lange, Fragile X and Rubinstein Taybi syndromes.
Professor Chris Oliver, Dr Jo Moss, Professor Ian Apperly and Dr Joe McCleery have been awarded £200,000 by the Leverhulme Trust to carry out a three year project which will evaluate social-cognition and its relation to social functioning in three genetic syndromes; Cornelia de Lange, Fragile X and Rubinstein Taybi syndromes. The project provides a unique and exciting opportunity to bring together two, distinct disciplines of Psychology and combine their skills in order to generate a novel perspective on the field of social-cognition and behavioural phenotypes using innovative and cutting edge research methods.
