On 2 and 3 November 2017 IEL Director Professor Martin Trybus joined Professor Martin
Burgi (University of Munich), Professor Oliver Doerr (University of Osnabrueck), Professor Ferdinand Wollenschlaeger (University of Augsburg) and Professor Michael Kling (University of Marburg) on a panel of procurement law academics providing feedback to a dozen of German and Swiss PhD students preparing a thesis on a topic of public procurement.
The colloquium, the first of it's kind, was funded by the German Procurement Association Forum Vergabe e. V. (CEO Professor Mark von Wietersheim also on the panel) and hosted by the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
