CLiC on tour in China

In June Professor Michaela Mahlberg, who has been leading the CLiC project, will give a keynote at the 4th Corpus Linguistics in China Conference and then speak at Beihang University (Beijing) and Southwest University (Chongqing).

The web application CLiC  has been developed to support the analysis of narrative fiction. It is now increasingly used by corpus linguists and literary scholars.

Professor Michaela Mahlberg, who has been leading the CLiC project, will be giving a keynote at the 4th Corpus Linguistics in China Conference (CLIC 2018) taking place on June 1st – 3rd 2018 at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, China. The event will be co-hosted by the Corpus Linguistics Society of China and HUST School of Foreign Languages. During her visit to China, Professor Mahlberg will also be speaking at Beihang University (Beijing) and Southwest University (Chongqing) to present the latest research that she and her team have been conducting with the help of CLiC.
