Birmingham Law School's Dr Luke Butler and Professor Martin Trybus (director of our Institute of European Law) participated in the 12th Meeting of the European Procurement Law Group (EPLG) in Turin, Italy.
This year the two contributed a country chapter on the United Kingdom to a book project on the centralisation of public procurement in Europe. The EPLG has been meeting since 2008 and produced an entire series of books on public procurement law topics, some of them published on the ‘IEL Library’ website. The 2015 meeting was hosted by the University of Birmingham.
