The programme has been announced for The Sixth British Patristics Conference at the University of Birmingham from 5-7 September 2016.

The conference programme will feature papers by 81 scholars from 16 countries on all areas of early Christianity, plus keynote addresses from Dr Jennifer Strawbridge from the University of Oxford and two distinguished Birmingham scholars, Professor Frances Young and Professor David Parker. It is being held on the University of Birmingham campus, mainly in the Nicholson Building beside Winterbourne House, with accommodation available nearby on The Vale. Further details and the online registration form can be found on the conference website. There are now a very limited number of places available which are going fast; the final deadline for booking will be 5 July 2016.

This year's conference is being held in association with the ERC-funded COMPAUL project, which is now in its final year investigating the earliest commentaries on the Pauline Epistles as sources for the biblical text. The project is based in ITSEE and lead by Dr H A G Houghton.
