The first paper was given to the European Association of Lawyers on 29 March 2022, and concentrated on the issues of international humanitarian law, namely targeting and distinction between civilian and military targets. The account of the discussions as well as the video of presentations is available online.
The second paper was given to the Hague Centre on Law and Arbitration on 30 March 2022, and concentrated on sanctions adopted against Russia by Western governments, the EU, as well as reaction by private sector companies. The presentation focused on constitutional status of these sanctions as well as issues of their feasibility.
