Akehurst is one of the oldest and most established international law textbooks in the UK and beyond, and is based on a transparent positivist methodology that has formed the language of international legal discourse for over 100 years.
This tenth edition follows the eighth (2018) and ninth (2022) editions also authored by Professor Orakhelashvili, published following a two decades pause after the previous edition.
The information is available here about all three formats of the book and how it could be ordered for individuals or libraries.
Also, the bespoke companion website of the textbook has been fully updated to reflect developments that took place since the production process began on the tenth edition. It now includes most important latest cases and quiz and reflective questions regarding latest crisis or contentious situations. It is arranged by each chapter-related information.
