Quantitative Methods in Healthcare

Quantitative research is producing factual and reliable outcome data within healthcare. At the centre of evidence based practice lies predominantly the systematic review of quantitative studies.

Methods of teaching

Lectures, practical classes/workshops, independent study.


One 2,500 word essay (50%) and one 2 hour MCQ exam (50%) To pass the module students must achieve a pass mark for both elements of the assessment
