The safe and effective use of the facility by a large and diverse community of users has led to the development of best practices and principles. The user policies are based on consultation with the users, university and funders.

Note that all users are required to acknowledge use of HWB-NMR in any publications that benefit from its services, and to submit reports and publications to Sara Whittaker to help ensure the continuity of services.
