Contact

NHS staff: please avoid leaving patient-identifying details on our answerphone or mentioning them in emails to the above addresses. Generic clinical details and expected sample dates/times are sufficient when informing us of upcoming activity through these channels. Identifiable patient details must only be communicated via our NHS email addresses or by directly phoning us. Thank you.
If you are a patient wishing to donate your diagnostic archive, or to make a donation after your death/from a deceased loved-one, please try to contact us at the earliest opportunity. We will always listen and endeavour to help you.
Routinely, we are able to collect research samples and data from specific hospitals in the West Midlands without prior contact, because we have formal agreements with the NHS Trusts about how we can approach their patients and use the samples/data.
We can accept offers of material from other hospitals/universities, or material from the deceased, by prior arrangement as “one-off donations” .
