Purpose:

Bringing together people working in different sectors who want to end the criminalisation of poverty, and to enable strategising on how to use their respective skills and expertise to meet that goal.

The day will run from approximately 12.30 pm to about 5pm. We will be discussing topics such as criminalisation for debt, school exclusion, addiction to illegal drugs and diversion programmes and will engage with attendees to strategise for change. There will be the chance to hear new research, untold stories, and voices of lived experience.
