Jessica leads on the non-academic management of the Institutes, enabling BISCA and IIDSAI to undertake world-leading interdisciplinary research, develop strategic partnerships and deliver an exciting and innovative programme of education activities.
Jessica works alongside the Directors to shape and influence the strategic direction of the Institutes.

Emma supports the Head of Institute Operations with the day-to-day running of the Institutes and the 'Elm House Hub', contributing to the outstanding delivery of the Institute's research, teaching and other interdisciplinary activities.
Emma is the first point of contact for day-to-day Institute/Elm House Hub queries and provides Senior Personal Assistant support to the Institute Directors.
As a shared operations team, based in the Elm House Hub, Jessica and Emma facilitate the effective and efficient operation of both Institutes and activity in the Elm House offices, meeting, teaching and collaborative spaces.
