Both Kate Ince and Rob Stone from the Department are invited attendees at this workshop hosted by Prof Paul Cooke and the University of Leeds' The Centre for World Cinemas on Friday 9 November. The keynote speaker is Professor Andrew Higson from Theatre, Film and Television at the University of York, who first invented the concept of 'heritage cinema', and about 12 other academics and heritage professionals from across Europe (including Spain, Germany, Finland and Denmark) will also be participating.
