The South Asian Ensemble supports those who are interested in exploring South Asian music traditions under the direction of leading Tabla player and composer, Sarvar Sabri, along with guest coaches.
Whether you play a traditional South Asian instrument, or want to explore the repertoire on your Western classical instrument, the ensemble welcomes musicians with a range of abilities and experience.
South Asian Ensemble is a collaboration between University Music and the Sonia Sabri Company.
