String Orchestra is a large group welcoming string players of all abilities from across the University campus.

String Orchestra comes together each semester to play a variety of classic and contemporary repertoire for strings.
Offering opportunities to student conductors and string players, recent repertoire has included Grieg's Holberg Suite and Elgar's Serenade for Strings.
The ensemble welcomes players of all abilities.

Join University MusicAll of our ensembles require participants to be members of University Music. When joining an ensemble participants will be required to formally complete an application to University Music.
