Staff networks

The University of Birmingham has a number of staff networks that are run independently by staff from across the University and provide a supportive environment for staff to discuss common issues and concerns. The networks also act in an advisory role to the University through the Equality Executive Group (our senior equality body) and are supported by the Equality & Diversity Team. More details about these networks can be found on the staff networks intranet page.

All-School EDI meeting

We also hold at least one all-School EDI meeting each year to ensure everyone can get involved with our initiatives, and we have dedicated undergraduate and postgraduate taught EDI reps.

If you have any feedback about EDI within the School of Mathematics at Birmingham, please do get in touch with one of us!
