The College of Arts and Law's DL research bursaries are now open for applications for both current and prospective distance learning PhD students in philosophy and global ethics. These awards are one-off awards, although students are invited to apply each year. 

The level of the award has not yet been specified for 2014/2015, but last year these awards were worth £2000. The awards are open to students worldwide. The Department of Philosophy and the Centre for the Study of Global Ethics offer the following distance learning PhD programmes:
